He stopped under a banyan tree (Jand Tree). The day was already breaking when he got up to resume his journey. An early shephared saw him and out of fear raised an alarm. Guru ji gave him a gold coin and he was pacified. From here he went to jungles of Machiwara. 1st , 5th and 10th Patshahi Gurpurab are organised here

The etymology of the term 'gurdwara' is from the words 'Gur (ਗੁਰ)' (a reference to the Sikh Gurus) and 'Dwara (ਦੁਆਰਾ)' (gateway in Gurmukhi), together meaning 'the gateway through which the Guru could be reached'. Thereafter, all Sikh places of worship came to be known as gurdwaras.
