Boil and chop the potatoes, add salt and red chiili powder. Mix well and set aside.
Beat the curds well with an egg beater or churner. Add the water and beat again to a smooth mixture. Add salt,pepper and roasted cummin powder.Stir well.
Add the boiled potatoes. Mix well and pour into a serving bowl.
Serve cold garnished with chopped mint and coriander leaves.
