To support Sikh physicians and dentists, as well as other brilliant and deserving Sikh professionals pursuing their careers in those fields or any other fields in the United States, Canada and elsewhere.

To promote long-term associations and friendships among Sikh physicians and dentists from parent homeland and other nations.

To improve the medical education and delivery of medical care in the parent homeland.

To hold national and regional meetings of its members to exchange information and organize educational programs presented by the members of the organization or its guests.

To help Sikh medical and dental graduates to establish practices as well as help them to obtain adequate post-graduate training in the fields of their choices.

To develop close ties and support mechanisms among the families of Sikh physicians and dentists.

To associate with and support other Sikh organizations with similar aims and objectives
